DESIGNCEPT came across an opportunity to render an initial schematic presentation for a 1-lakh sq ft Retail Food Plaza.

It is planned to buid using PEB structures and feature amenities such as a fuel station, car servicing, EV charging, parking space with solar roofing, community hall/banquet with lawn, play area, retail food outlets, restaurants, and vibrant walkways. These

features will attract more customers, create a memorable halt for travelers and passerby ✨.

An initial schematic ​design proposition ​by team DESIGNCEPT for ​a group of hotels established in the 1990's.​ Over the years hotel expansion took place in random directions ​to fulfil the necessary demands of space to accommodate growing business.

​Property frontage went into road development, need of re-strategizing the space planning, architectural, interior design arrived.

Planned for new design, ​various parameters of standards as ​a hotelier brand to re-launch with ​a ​new identity ✨  

A client in Nagpur, who were struggling to lease out their property for a very long time, based on prior experience and expertise team DESIGNCEPT proposed a site feasibility document.  This document provided focused information, identified new opportunities, and clarified store design and operation management possibilities. With this document, real estate consultants could effectively showcase the property's benefits to potential clients. The document helpe successful in leasing the property :-)
